Hi my name is Carlos Martillo and I attached my resume for a management position.  I believe that my skill set is suited to perform the task for the above position. 

At your convenience, please review the attached resume for confirmation of what I can do.  I received my Masters of Arts in Communication from Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA.  After graduating, I was employed by Trevcon Construction Company Inc. of Liberty Corner, NJ to be a Marine Construction Project Engineer but then moved up to Assistant Project Manager.  I found the position exciting and challenging.  While employed, I pursued a second Master's Degree in Construction Management.  All of these experiences have allowed me to explore my abilities and develop my knowledge in construction management.  Since the DOB implemented new rules and regulations to NYC waterfront projects, I was able to get acquainted with their practices.  In addition, we worked in conjunction with building contractors so I was also able to learn the building side of construction. 

Through my extensive education and experience, I offer a holistic yet meticulous approach  to assisting the executive staff to getting the job done.  Furthermore, I am certain that I am able to fulfill your professional expectations for a management position.  Please accept my utmost appreciation for your consideration.
