I am a very broad based professional which started from my Polytechnic education. As a designer, I know that a successful design sometimes means creating opportunities for other designers. This is especially true for larger planning projects. In the leadership position I’ve learned the team functions best when the leadership supports its staff, sometimes it is about empowering them. Everyone has their own methods. I enjoy designing and managing the project. I have coordinated with a wide range of construction specialties. I have participated in a couple Design/ Build contracts. I have coordinated domestic and international located staff and consultants. I am comfortable with projects extremely large and small.

I was a Senior Designer and Project Manager.
My duties included Staff scheduling/ budgeting, project presentations, project budget analysis, proposal generation, and proposal assessment. I am able to lead a project from conception to end, & often interacting with the clients. I designed projects, created details, helped create CD's, & managed electronic information.
