I am a highly skilled Registered Architect with a cross-functional background in client relations, project management, design development, construction documents, bidding/negotiations with contractors, construction administration, and marketing/sales.  During my 30 years in architecture, I have a broad range of professional and supervisory experiences that includes project architect for major corporations such as Christie’s, various NYC trading banks, Niketown, NYC and Calvin Klein.

In addition to architectural design and project management, my large network of existing and prospective corporate clients continue to receive cutting edge information that impacts their thinking, work space, and living. I have over 40,000 listeners to my internet based radio show about design and real estate, an author of several design and marketing books, and copywriter for numerous trade newsletters.
