About

As the Director or HR & Administration, Janet is responsible for the care and feeding of Bergmeyer creatives and other firm staff.   She's thrilled to help our people deliver great work, exceed client expectations, and enjoy our fast-paced, creative environment.

Janet graduated from Wellesley College and is working toward a Masters Degree in Administration from Boston College.   She began her career at Au Bon Pain doing retail store development back when the company was aggressively opening stores throughout the East Coast.   Janet has served as the Human Resources & Office Services person in technology, architecture, retail, and academic settings. She's managed a number of projects, including the recent relocation of Sonos' corporate offices in Cambridge (ask her about acoustics!), as well as numerous office relocations and renovations throughout her career.

One of the best things about the environment at Bergmeyer is there are plenty of bridges to enjoy in Fort Point Channel in Boston -   the Northern Avenue Bridge (1908), Summer Street bridge (1899), Congress Street bridge (1875) and the Moakley Bridge (1996). Bridges are a metaphor for Janet, as her work "bridges" employees' work and personal goals and she's thrilled to help the Bergmeyer management team deliver a great work environment and excellent benefits/quality of life for our people.
