About 

I am an Registered Architect in the State of Arizona currently working for the Engineering firm of Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson of Sparks Maryland. I am living and working in San Diego with my home based in Tucson, AZ. My work in San Diego involves Construction Management as a consultant for the FBI in the construction of a new 6 story, 250,000 square foot Field Office for the greater San Diego area. I also just recently completed CM services for a new FBI regional facility of 80,000 s.f. in Tucson, AZ.

As a 1978 graduate of Ball State University with Bachelor's of Architecture and Bachelor's of Science degrees I have 35 years experience in the Architectural field. Recent Project Architect positions over the last decade have been with CNWC Architects and Burlini/Silberschlag, Ltd. Architects where I worked with clients and staff overseeing design and production of construction documents for Army Air Force Exchange Service projects (AAFES) Retail  Shopping Centers and Office Building complexes. I also have major experience in the design of public schools, airport facilties, manufacturing projects as well as involvement in single and multi-family residential work including at one time overseeing all the production projects in the greater Tucson and Pima County area for US Homes. Please note my extensive experience in Construction Administration as indicated by my present employment.

I am currently looking for work as a project manager in the Tucson area where I have lived for the last 31 years. Employment 

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Sparks, MD, US, Construction Manager

Construction Manager to the FBI reporting on construction progress to Washington D.C. headquarters personnel as an expert consultant. Duties include daily inspections and reports on the progress of construction, reviewing design/build documents, providing weekly reports to FBI and GSA representatives on construction and various project issues and attending weekly and monthly government/design/construction team meetings. I also work as an aid to the local FBI personnel with internal furniture/equipment design, security and electrical device requirements and quality control issues.

Project Manager for various Retail, Office Development and Multi-Family Residential projects coordinating with clients on project design and coordinating production staff on design presentations, government agency approvals and overseeing the production of construction documents. I also was greatly involved in writing specifications and Contract Administration during the construction.
