CAA, established in 1980 in Greenwich CT, is a multi disciplined firm specializing in single and multi family housing and small commercial projects. Vincent Colangelo is an NCARB certified Architect, licensed in 40 of the United States.
Our projects have included interiors, small house additions, single family homes ranging from 2500 sf up to 14000 sf in size. Using parametric software, CAA models every project in 3D form on large screens, giving the client an opportunity to visualize the design evolution in a step by step process. These preliminary designs are then discussed with the contractor(s) or construction manager(s) to solicit rough overall budget numbers thereby giving the client an opportunity to adjust the design accordingly. Subsequently, the design is converted to a bidding and permit document and final digital renderings of the exterior and interiors is done for the client.
