Yuichi Tada has experience in design development, innovative thinking and model making from my education at UCLA and Pasadena City College. He is also trained in CAD design drafting and physical modeling from prior experience at firms. In addition to his experience in America, he also has the added benefit of approaching architecture through a Japanese perspective. Attending UCLA’s “Medium Cool” workshop, for example, taught him how to design a two single-family house using Japanese ideas on density and urbanism, and exposed me to the Japanese architecture firm culture. He believes these different perspectives and experiences can add creativity and productivity through a uniquely diverse perspective.
