Tasks: As one of the Washington, DC officeʼs environmental specialist and LEED consultant, I played an important role in developing solutions for day-lighting, environmental envelopes, and climate analysis, among other sustainable concepts. Responsible for managing the design team that will arrange presentations for potential projects and prepare graphic representations of the design concepts to the clients (floor plans, elevations, sections, presentation drawings, renderings and handouts). I collaborated in conjunction with the team to implement an innovative and amazing design for our clientele. Constantly and proactively looking to achieve the maximum productivity and profitability for TASK through improvements of the systems and the overall working process, such as cash-flow worksheets, quotations for clients and work assignments.

Tasks: The experience in TASK gave me the opportunity to manage and coordinate a variety of architectural projects and art venues. Urban planning for the Humacao Municipality, a penthouse refurbishment, the development of a Kiosk for the Department of Labor, the decoration and set for fashion venue and a lamp exhibition made by young Puerto Rican designers, were the projects developed during the year in the firm.

The position as president of Up & Down indoor Media provided a wide range of experiences within the fields of marketing and social relations, specifically marketing VPʼs and hospital executive directors.

Market analyst and designer of the business plan, identifying the potential buildings for implementing Up & Down Indoor Media infrastructure. Data base organizer. After the identification of the possible clients, I created and classified our target market. I was also creator and manager of a statistical system that calculated the media availability and number of clients and revenue.
