Knowledge of design and technical decision necessary to effectively lead the field administration and contractor coordination; demonstrated when the use of my final punch list, attached to the Certificate of Occupancy for Harrah’s Casino Expansion, relinquished all liability from a claim made several months after open to public. A team leader in consult for development and production of office “Master Details Library” and drawing standards.
