Facilitated the design with general contractors, managed and expedited consultant team activities during design and construction phases of Starwood’s Sheraton brand hotel in downtown Phoenix; which was ahead of schedule and under budget. Integrated team efforts to resolve Client, City and Contractor demands to develop/execute GMP contract documents for the built 75-unit luxury condominium development located on the Biltmore Estates. Created building assessment reports for City property that attracted developers to consider developing urban brownfield sites.

Provided program planning, building assessment reports and executed design instituting historic preservation, conservation, restoration standards and practices in neighboring cities and for the National Park Services - Grand Canyon National Park. Restoration and adaptive re-use projects included, exhibit galleries, office spaces, theaters, an emergency medical services building and other building and capital improvement projects. Directed consultants with an emphasis on technical delivery. Led a team with design, on-site surveys, building assessments to contract document completion on a multitude of NPS task order services.
