Architect of record and development of construction documents for the complete renovation of the high profile Madison Avenue, NY location.

Administered all aspects of design and management of numerous data centers, test floors, laboratories, and tool installations/rebuilds on the Fishkill and Poughkeepsie NY campuses. Space Planning and design development for numerous moves and relocations. Orchestrated the design of oil storage tanks and secondary containment refurbishment. Supervised, mentored, and managed a team of design professionals through complete project lifecycle. Established deliverables through space planning, schedules, budget control metrics, and resource optimization processes. Directed programming, space planning, design, and overall construction bidding and document delivery. Facilitated and coordination with design teams, clients, systems engineers and construction managers with the latest version of CAD for all drawing sets.

• PERCS Test Floor Planning & Design Manager: Benchmarked and led the development of construction and bid documents for architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines for a PERCS lab.
o Spearheaded schematic design, design development and construction documents for the installation of P7IH – micro-electronics racks and cabinets with water-cooled electronic equipment.

o retrofit, replacement, and site upgrade to buildings and grounds.

• Cooling Tower Replacement:
o Delivered architectural/civil/structural design for an 18,000-gallon-per-min cooling tower replacement redesign and retrofit.

• Major Oil Storage Facility (MOSF) Project Manager
o Coordinated civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation and control teams for the upgrade of two 450,000-gallon above-ground diesel fuel storage tanks
o one 1.1-million-gallon water storage tank. The design included installation of new tank bottoms with leak detection
o upgrade to surge walls and design of walkways, rails and stairs, truck load/unload station, catch basins, mechanical and electrical systems
