I recently relocated to Orange County and continue to work remotely for Dick Clark + Associates in Austin, where I have been for 3 years. While they have not extended the offer to work remotely to anyone in the past, they trust me to handle my own work as I am self motivated and communicate very well with my team members. This allows me great flexibility, but I would like to become part of a local design team so that I can establish myself and my career here in Orange County. DC+A is supportive of my search for a new job, and I encourage you to contact them for reference. I hope to find a position that allows me to have a hand in all phases of design while growing and learning as I work toward a leadership role.
I have worked at firms in both New York and Austin since graduating in 2012, while also working toward my architecture license. My portfolio is diverse, ranging from bars, restaurants, hotels, and offices to high end custom residential, as well as ground up construction and remodels. My skills are versatile, as I routinely integrate architecture and interior design in both a supporting role and as project manager. For the past year I have been entrusted with my boss’s personal hotel project as his right hand person during the construction process. I am hardworking, eager to learn, and I believe that my positive disposition would be a great addition to any practice.
