I’m a third year masters’ student at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. During my career as an architecture student I’ve been intrigued by the design process and its transformation of a single idea or sketch into a spatial experience.
I’ve worked on a variety of projects ranging from explorations of theoretical discussions to real life applicable designs such as the 2010-11 Haiti Ideas Challenge. I have a particular interest in broadening my understanding of the design process and its contribution to an end result. I believe as a designer this experience becomes a crucial step in developing the ability of not only envisioning an idea, but rather one accompanied by its end reality.
