I am highly motivated architect with 10 years of professional experience in the architecture field.
I started my professional activity in 2001 and opened my own office in 2005 in Altura (Castellón, Spain) and currently combine my work at projects there with freelance works anywhere.
I have worked mostly in the area of private housing but also have experience on landscaping, industrial and public buildings.
I have experience in all stages of construction, from preliminary design to contract administration phase, including site inspections.
I have completed more than 50 housing units adding up to approx. 12000 squared meters / 13000 square feet and more than €5 millions / US$6,7 millions.
I currently share a space at Cowork Coimbra (Rua da Casa Branca 97, Coimbra) with other architects.
