Franklyn A. Roth, Assoc. AIA, LEED GA, brings his decades of expertise and hands-on experience in sustainable building and residential architectural design. As a member of the American Institute of Architects and the U.S. Green Building Council, Mr. Roth aligns his design decisions with sustainable, smart and healthy building choices that is the mission of green building.

Mr. Roth’s alignment with sustainable design is longstanding and personal. One of his first residential designs was a passive solar contemporary, prior to the certification guidelines in place today, yet nevertheless incorporating all the green building elements and materials that make up a LEED-certified green home. Roth is also an award winner for an affordable multi-generational home, proposed for a LEED Gold level certification in a national design competition.

Mr. Roth’s professional resume also includes an extensive background and tenure in national marketing, communications and project management.
