Daniel Ebuehi, is an aspiring designer with an emphasis in environmental design in sustainable and renewable ways. He recently completed his graduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania's School of Design. As well, he received his BArch from the University of California at Berkeley and has worked professionally in various fields within the architectural industry.

Designed feasibility studies for multi-family housing (apartments, condos, & townhomes) in and around the bay area for several developers. I drafted preliminary site plans, elevations, & floor plans with calculations for rentable units, required & provided parking, unit area, storage, and balcony spreadsheets.
Setup DSA check sets for Castro Valley Unified School District Interim housing project and drafted elevations, floor plans, sections, & details with several DSA approval.
Worked with a team to retrofit an over 10,000 S.F. casino in Las Vegas and upgrade the site by divvying up the building into several sections and phasing the construction process to keep the project under budget and within a tight time frame of a few years.
