Responsible for maintaining project design vision through detailing, budget & schedule analysis, coordination with engineers and fabricators, shop drawing review, site visits and regular meetings with the client. Typically manage teams of 10 to 20 designers and draftsmen plus MEPS, lighting and specialty consultants. Frequently advise on cultural and historical context of design directions and advise teams on graphics, packaging, furniture and interactive design.

Led competition teams for Nam June Paik Museum (Second Prize) and two new construction projects: Nerman Museum for Contemporary Art and The Heller School at Brandeis University. Developed designs for multiple museums, university residence halls, office/conference/classroom buildings and high end residential renovations. Wrote and edited copy for proposals and marketing material. Rejuvenated existing computer infrastructure. Responsible for all computer-related tasks: hardware purchases, software installation and support, server maintenance, website design and employee training.
