• Yale Art Complex – Restoration of Paul Rudolph Art & Architecture Building; New History of Art Building and Expanded Arts Library, New Haven, CT. Project Architect responsible for documentation & coordination of  “core and shell” of the New Building during design development, construction documentation and construction administration phases.
The History of Art Building, is an 87,000 square feet self sufficient -in terms of building services and code compliance- addition to the Rudolph Building. Its main volume is clad in limestone and zinc panels; intersections to the Rudolph Building rendered in glass and aluminum panels. The New Building Addition has been designed to perform a significant support function for the Rudolph Building and LEED silver rating.
• W Hoboken Hotel & Residences, Hoboken, NJ. Project Architect for design development and construction documentation phases. Responsible for developing interior details and coordinating documents for the hotel floors including some public function spaces.
The W Hoboken is a 25-story hotel and residential tower containing 225 hotel rooms, 40 hotel residences, and retail and event spaces of 200,000 square feet. The hotel rooms, developed to the standard of the W brand, form the 14-story mid section of the building tower.

Responsibilities included management and execution of interior plans, selection and specification of interior finishes materials.
• PS 239, NYC SCA On-Call Design Build New Construction, NY -Project Architect during the construction administration phase for this 704 students capacity, 97,555 square feet, four story new primary school. Responsibilities included review of design/builder's design and contract documents; interior and exterior finishes specification/design and construction administration.
• PS 108, NYC SCA On-Call Design Build New Addition, NY - Project Architect, construction administration.
