About

I am a graduate from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles with a Master of Architecture II, Post Professional Degree, focusing on Design Computation, Building Information modelling, Material and Digital/Robotic Fabrication Research. My prior education was at New Jersey Institute of Technology, graduating with Bachelor of Architecture degree with Honors. I have worked in a few offices in New York, such as POD Design, Rux Design, and have also worked as a summer intern at RMJM HIllier (now RMJM) Architecture in Princeton location.

I have recently spent 1 year in a Design Research Lab M4 with Francois Roche, Stephan Henrich, Kris Munn, and Qi Su investigating territories of Biological/natural processes of self organization and algorithmic coding, material experimentation, to design protocols and fabrication using machinic processes. I have spent the Summer Term in Shanghai for the AAC Digital Futures Fabrication Studio and Computation seminars under the direction of Roland Snooks, Neil Leach, and Phillip Yuan. My Final Thesis Research was on Digital Fabrication and Automated construction via robotics in Biohazardous/radioactive environments. The Final Review was held at the Blue Tape Exhibition at the California Market Center in Downtown LA on Dec 14th 2012. I have also been involved with competitions/exhibitions involving ecological territories in design and the use of computation as a Design optimization tool.

I also have been co-authoring a design blog paranoid module at www.paranoidmodule.blogspot.com

I want to use my existing knowledge and continue learning in a progressive architectural environment which practices on the forefront of design and engineering. I have spent the last few years exploring new methods of fabrication and parametric/algorythmic design with the intention on expanding the boundries of these emerging tools as proficient and intelligent protocols of production. I am a fast learner and am very open-minded and work well in a team.
