I obtain years of experience working closely with City Departments on development programs- incorporating City Zoning, City Ordinances, and applicable Variances, to ensure compliance with City Department Standards and Common Practices for City approval.  I work directly with City Departments for approval of new construction and renovation of developments such as; malls, strip centers, and stand alone facilities.  My work experience includes Industrial, Commercial, and Residential development programs.  Uses varied from; Administrative, Retail, Commercial, Restaurants, Convenient Stores, Service Stations, Big Box Retail, Housing and more.
