About 

I've over 13 years experience as a Senior Designer and at least 15 years as a Project Manager/Job Captain responsible for leading project teams through all design phases on retail, commercial, residential and institutional projects.  I'm licensed in California and three other states (Hawaii, Oregon, and Virginia). 

My qualifications include:

■  Excellent design talent.
■  Proven technical and organization skills.
■  High level of proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUP, Bonzai3D, Spirit, Photoshop.
■  Strong experience carrying a design from concept through detailing and construction documentation, assembling drawing packages and conduction contract administration.
■  Ability to develop and complete multiple projects concurrently.
■ Excellent written, spoken and graphic communication and presentation skills when working with consultants, contractors, manufacturers, and regulatory agencies.
■ Proficiency in general office software such as Word and Excel
