About

I am currently an Interior Design undergrad student at the School of Visual Arts in New York City. I just completed my Junior year here; ending with a 3.9 GPA. I will be going into my Senior thesis year. I transferred to the SVA from the Boston Architectural College. I completed 2 years of school there with a 3.5 GPA. Throughout my education I have advanced my design skills in freehand drawing, painting, hand drafting, carpentry, model making, Photoshop, InDesign, AutoCAD, Google Sketch Up, 3DMax Studio, Revit, photography, graphic design, concept development, and presentations.

I have been working since the age of 16, which I have benefited from in a multitude of ways. Throughout these experiences I have developed social and professional skills, as well as organizational skills and time management, learning and enjoying the value of dependability, and punctuality. I have a special gift for creating pleasant work atmospheres for my cohorts, whether it is school or work. I am a leader with a gift for visualizing things; by my perseverance I can make things happen. I’m gregarious, but unassuming. Throughout my longer-term jobs, I have consistently become a significant person for the success of the business. I have been lead day baker, head cashier, lead barista, and have hired and trained new employees. I know how to stock, maintain, and merchandize, and am very good at sales as well. In previous jobs I was usually the person that other employees referred customers to for additional help. I love working in an environment where I can surround myself with people. I am enthusiastic about client relations, and always keep a positive attitude and a smile on my face.
