For the past years I have been involved in planning and designing settings for private residential homes in new constructions as well as conversions and renovations of existing properties.  I am adept at directing all aspects of design projects, from working with clients to determine needs to preparing design presentation and proposals, to installing furniture and accessories.  I also offer skills in project management, budgeting,  client and vendor relations.  In addition, I am adept at working with subcontractors on design and installation activities, and I have extensive experience with researching, selecting, customizing, documenting and estimating FF&E.  I am a team player that has exceptional communication and organizational skills.
