A little bit about myself... Well as it pertains to my career, I am very much a technologist. My hobbies are in direct line to what I do in my 9 to 5 occupation. Much of my time on and off the clock seems to revolve around all things computers, software, and server related. The growth of design technology and how it has evolved with new trends of today's computer architecture is fascinating. Thereby leaving me and my "geekness" locked in fancy researching all new toys, gadgets and tech trends of tomorrow. If my past employers would comment on my strength, I'm sure they would all agree that I live for design technology.
Outside of that obsession, I enjoy long walks on the beach. Sun filled days by the water. I also enjoy my Sundays and most Monday nights by the big screen watching a good game of football.
Harvard Jolly Architecture, Tampa, FL, US, BIM Manager/ CAD Manager/ IT Support
Harvard Jolly Architects is five-office firm consisting of over 150 employees. My contribution to this firm began in 2008. In addition, they wanted to increase their marketability for BIM jobs. I help refine their CAD and BIM standards, trained three of their major offices from Project manager, CA staff to production in Revit. Lastly, I helped save the firm thousands of dollars in IT infrastructure to help safeguard disaster recover, reduction in downtime in case of server failure and much, much more on the IT side of things. In my nearly four years with the firm, I have worn many hats from BIM Manager, CAD Manager, IT to production.
