_Contributed to the development of bid + construction documents for a multi-storey office renovation for a Quicken Loans Company within the First National Building in downtown Detroit. Project work included site verification of existing conditions, design development and material research, elevations and construction details as part of the permit set. Developed design drawings for feature wall displays, green wall planting design, dumbwaiter construction and an existing fireplace improvement. Responsible for construction administration items including punch-lists, drawing coordination, and submittal review.
