I am a very passionate Designer with a very resilient perception for the unseen elements within a design. My ideal of a good design is one that elucidates first, the essential human requirements and second, any superfluous needs, I taught AutoCAD for Interiors and Architects for the Interior Design Department at California State University Long Beach, I still use AutoCAD occasionally, but my program of choice is Revit Architecture,  My principal objective in any design is to make the client happy.  I relax by playing tennis, swimming and ping pong.
