Born and raised in Venezuela, Camila Crazut studied in the most prestigious architecture school of the country, obtaining a high mark in her final project leading to her degree, and becoming a registered architect in 1993.
In 1995 she founded Salazar Crazut Arquitectura with partner in business and life Cesar Salazar,focusing mostly in residential work and furniture design.
In 1996 Camila won a scholarship to study abroad and moved to Brooklyn, NY in order to study at Pratt Institute, from where she obtained her Masters Degree in Interior Design in 2000. Soon after graduating from Pratt she spent time working in New York and Caracas, both as a freelance designer and as a team member in one of the most recognized interior design offices in NYC, TPG Architecture, where she was part of the architectural studio as a designer and project architect.
Her passion and strength is Design, no matter how big or small the project or object is. Camila particularly enjoys working on small spaces, where she thrives on the challenge of finding beauty and order within scale limitations.
Most recently she is applying this passion for design on her jewelry collection for 2C Design. A longtime hobby of hers, her current focus on jewelry design confirms hat there is no object or project too small for her. In her view, the smaller the object, the bigger the challenge.

My work is mostly in cooporate Interiors and I am usually in charge of construction documents, sometimes from the begining of the project or design phase trough construction admisnitration.

The Bead Project is a scholarship program designed for creatively inclined, women. Over the course of ten classes at the UrbanGlass studios, students learn the art of glass beadmaking Upon completion of coursework at UrbanGlass, students go on to local free business development classes to cultivate the entrepreneurial skills necessary to market and sell their work. After successful fulfillment of The Bead Project curriculum, students receive a kit containing the necessary tools and equipment for continuing to produce their work. Ongoing advocacy is provided to graduates by The Bead Project and UrbanGlassless
