Ms. King offers over 9 years of experience in architectural design. She is a NCARB IDP participant experienced in steel and wood frame construction for residential, commercial and institutional buildings. Ms. King is adept in conceptual design, development and documentation for new and renovated buildings.
Since joining HAKS in 2013, her project work has included serving as Architectural Designer for A/E On-Call Services for the New York City School Construction Authority (NYCSCA) Capital Improvement Program; A/E Design Services to Develop Fall Protection Provisions for Con Edison Facilities in New York City and Westchester County; the $94 million Building Envelope Restoration at Pomonok Houses in Queens for the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA); the $16.5 million Brick Masonry Façade Restoration for the Queensbridge Development in Queens, also for NYCHA; and A/E On-Call Services for the New York City Department of Education, Division of School Facilities.
Ms. King holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute.
