I am an architectural design professional who brings a level of personal dedication to all collaborations in the projects I work on. Over the past 15 years I have been dedicated to innovative design, with an accumulative breath of experience from initiation of the front end planning of a project to concept of design through building construction and project closeout in Residential, Mixed use design, Academic (K-12), institutional, Corporate Interior and development architecture. As an trained architect, I am capable of working in any sector of the industry and I am a capable leader a project team to success through collaborative design and project delivery. I bring a combination of design, presentation, technical skill, and construction management to any project and  am confident that my expertise will serve as a vital asset to any project team. I am seeking to establish a role where I can continue to expand my managing skills and provide dynamic answers to the spaces I design and manage.

Project manager for Queens Public Library new construction, renovation and rehabilitation projects ranging from 2,000 S.F. to 20,000 S.F. at a construction cost of $200,000 to $40,0000.

Responsible for management of capital design and construction projects at various stages of design and construction. Serving as the key contact throughout the scope of work to ensure client requirements are followed and to keep cost within budget and schedule. Working with clients and consultants from project inception, or current project phase through project completion; maintaining comprehensive project history files, coordinating project schedule to ensure project delivery to client.

Approving design consultants proposed fees for design and construction administration services, including recalculating base fee at construction cost increase.
Reviewing project design and schedule during through construction phase construction to ensure the project stays on time and within budget.
Discussing potential acceleration of tasks with design consultant/ contractor to resolve any delay and bring project back on time through life of project.
Conducting meetings during design phase and construction phase.
Overseeing contractor’s performance, while maintaining healthy and cooperative relationships with design and construction team.
Approving and processing payments for the duration of the project.

Project Lead for multi-family residential new construction and rehabilitation projects ranging from 33,000 S.F. to 80,000 S.F.

Responsible for the design, documentation coordination of new 39,000 S.F. $19,000,000 multi – dwelling, mixed use mid- rise building project located in landmark District of Hamilton Heights New York. Utilized active design and HPD ADA standards. Project design and bid phase was kept on schedule and within budget for accelerated project delivery timeline of 8 months as utilizing BIM.
Other responsibilities included:
Project scheduling and document management for aggressive timeline delivery.
Project review, collaboration and coordination with building trades, (structural and M.E.P.)
Creation and management of drawing standards in B.I.M/ Revit.
RFP creation and development for multi-dwelling renovations and new building design.
Implemented Landmarks,( historic preservation) and HPD (NYC Housing Preservation Development) review process.
