Douglas C. Wright Architects, New York, NY, US, Project Manager

Rittenhouse Square Apartment, Philadelphia, PA – John Soane inspired, gut renovation of 3400 sf apartment in Landmark neighborhood. Developed stone, millwork, plaster and specialty finish details and worked closely with G.C and craftspeople on refinements of executed work. Coordinated the work of full consultant and in-house team from start to finish and served as primary contact with highly involved owner.

Horse Country Residence, Hunterdon County, NJ – Shingle style, 20,000 sf ground-up steel and wood framed building. Extensive subsurface program included a basketball court in the basement and indoor pool annex. Led in-house team of three from design development through construction administration on all aspects of building envelope and interior construction.

Modern Farmhouse, New Providence, NJ - Neighbor-friendly, 7500 sf ground-up, board and batten home with standing seam metal roof. Presented design before zoning board and helped secure variance for increased F.A.R. Led in-house team of two from design development through construction administration on all aspects of building envelope and interior construction.

Catskills Barn, West Kill, NY – Rustic design for mountaintop homesite incorporating locally sourced stone, reclaimed wood siding, corten steel roofing and heavy timber trusses. Worked with landscape architect on siting of building amongst existing freestanding stone walls. Led a team of two on schematic design through construction administration

Transitional Poolhouse, pool and Garage, Short Hills, NJ – Hand molded brick walled pavilions on bluestone slab floors and terraces, with copper and slate roofs to match main house. Schematic design through construction administration on 5000 sf of structures and terraces on estate property.

Vassar President’s House, Poughkeepsie, NY – Fast-tracked, interior renovation and window replacement of 6000 square foot on-campus President's residence. Primary contact with the Director of Facilities Management, General Contractor and Interior Decorator.

Screening Room and Guest House, Brentwood, Ca – (Consultant for Timothy Bryant Architects) Developed construction documents and details for 10,000 sf of hillside buildings linked by green roof gardens and additional site amenities. Extensive site planning and coordination of existing grades and retaining walls with new work being proposed.

Cooper Robertson, New York, NY, US, Project Manager

Soho Loft, New York, NY – Ultra-luxe, Japanese inspired modern bachelor pad - published in Architectural Digest. Led a team of colleagues and consultants on the renovation and new construction of 6,000 sf penthouse. Developed details for technically challenging design features including hot-tub terrace, exterior
fireplace, outdoor dining pavilion, new window walls with integral brise-soleil, wine cellar and extensive custom millwork throughout; worked with an artist on installation details and design of panelized outdoor mural after construction was completed.

Upper West Side Penthouse, New York, NY -Stabilized the management and schedule of a traditionally detailed 3,800 sf penthouse, initiated plan to correct combustible roof and wall assemblies discovered during construction, extensive field work and coordination with the contractor to satisfy the client's demanding standards for workmanship and maintain positive relationship with downstairs neighbor.

Single Family House, Sagaponack, NY - Developed schedule, budget and staffing plan for a 20,000 sq. ft. fasttracked shingle style beach front house and master plan. Ushered the design through local planning, building department and Architectural Review Board approvals. Assembled and led consultant team and directed the efforts of the engineering and architecture team.

Two Islands Club, Antigua - Developed the program for a 1500 acre Caribbean Resort including pool clubhouse, tennis clubhouse, spa, aviation center, equestrian center and member villas. Schematic and design development of 20,000 sq. ft. villa on a 6.5 acre site including a main house, guest houses, pool house and out door dining pavilion.

LEED AP Certification Chairperson – Led office wide effort to increase LEED certification by Cooper Robertson employees through study groups and dissemination of study materials and pertinent information regarding LEED test. This effort led to a 40% increase in the number of certified professionals in the office.

740 Park Ave, New York, NY - Project Architect and designer for a high-end interior apartment renovation. Worked with client to create intricate boudoir millwork and lighting design for an extensive shoe and clothing wardrobe.

Cape Fear Country Club, Wilmington, NC - Led a team of architects and engineers from schematic design through construction of a 70,000 sq. ft. steel frame, newly constructed Greek Revival clubhouse.

Pine Hollow Country Club, Oyster Bay Cove, NY - Detailing and management responsibilities for a 6,000 sq. ft. renovation of existing clubhouse.

Westlake Academy, Westlake, TX - Managed a team of associate architects and consultants from schematic design through construction on a 50,000 sq. ft. K- 6 campus comprised of two classroom buildings and a gymnasium. The building received LEED Silver certification.

Goldman House, North Salem, NY - Project Manager / Architect for a 12,000 sq. ft. custom home. Extensive detailing of a traditional wood frame house. Schematic design through construction documents which included significant client interaction
