Other experience includes: Hillside designs, High-end Beachfront residential, Custom residential, Spec-homes, Mixed use, Tenant improvement, Multi-Family, Commercial, Historical and Resort Design.
Landscape Design: Specialized in designing and building custom landscapes and pools for High-end Residential homes and large estates. Particularly emphasized on drought tolerant California native plants, lighting design, low use irrigation, proper drainage systems and custom water feature design.
Construction Project Management: Experienced in project managing and the overall building process. (Estimating, Scheduling, Bidding, Contract Negotiations, Budgeting, Purchasing Materials, Site Supervision, Safety and Quality Control, Permits, Building Inspections, Osha Inspections, Loan Inspections and hands on experience.

Designed and built High-end commercial grade furniture for UCLA, Santa Monica Hospital and The Beverly Hills police department. Other projects consist of the design of storage / warehouse facilities for the city of Beverly Hills. Assisted in the design and construction of a 41,670 Square ft Community Center called (M.E.N.D). Also worked on several residential renovations and commercial tent improvement.

Designed and managed the construction of several high-end residential spec homes and a 10 unit condominium. Had complete control of the projects from design throughout the construction. Assisted in the presale of 2 of the units in the condominium before construction was completed through marketing and advertisement strategies.

Designed and drafted multiple high-end single-family residential homes, along with Commercial, historic and Educational projects. Specializing in solving construction issues onsite, along with inspecting ongoing projects.
