As a student of architecture with a thirst for knowledge and a desire for excellence, my goal in life is to enjoy every enriching experience to the fullest and seek ways in which I can give to others. I lived in Indonesia as an adolescent and as a result I learned so much about myself, other cultures and art and the world around me. I also had the opportunity to move to my family's hometown in New Orleans, Louisiana to reconstruct homes and be a support to devastated families after Hurricane Katrina.
These experiences as well as adversities have helped me to become a better person. I love a challenge and thrive on over-coming problems and seeking solutions. Architecture provides a platform for self-expression, creativity and an opportunity to effect change on a large scale. It takes hard work and dedication and I am excited to be a part of such a forward moving profession.
