I am currently seeking a challenging career opportunity in an architectural capacity and am submitting my resume for your review. In advance, thank you for your time and consideration.
With my progressive experience in lead designer and project manager roles, I feel I will benefit your organization. Throughout my work history, I have utilized advanced design technologies to meet client standards on residential projects and implementing process improvements to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and project completion. I have overseen all phases of projects, from concept to completion as a freelance architectural designer for the past 2 years.
Some of my selected responsibilities include:
~ Architectural Design: Create, design, and draft conceptual, schematic, and working drawings for residential projects; performed AutoCAD design functions and obtained field measurements for projects varying in size.
~ Project Management: Perform material research, design, and financial planning to provide clients with optimal project bids.
~ Client Relations: Collaborated with clients including homeowners and corporate representatives to ensure each project was completed to expectation.
To complement this background, I possess a bachelor’s degree in architecture.
As an employee, you will find me to be a driven team player committed to supporting you in achieving your objectives through superior performance. My goal is to transition my experience, creativity, and enthusiasm to your organization. I am confident that I could be a valuable asset, and look forward to interviewing with you in the near future.
