About

Registered Architect, State of Colorado, Registration #203653

NCARB Registration #72759

I am a licensed architect, (approved for California CSE exam) NCARB certified and currently working toward LEED certification. I am an experienced Project Manager/Architect. I can manage projects from programming, through construction document phase, including creating project specifications, code review of the documents, and over-site of the construction administration process.

My current position is the on-site architect for King Saud University, Girls Campus in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for the College of: Nursing, Science, Medicine, Applied Medical Science, Computer Science, Pharmacy, and Dentistry. In addition, I was the lead on-site architect for the Veer Towers (High-Rise Residential units) and Crystal’s retail (Commercial) project for the $9.1 billion City Center project in Las Vegas Nevada.  I am proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Adobe software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Project Manager, Outlook, Power Point and CATIA.

I have excellent graphic and verbal communication, can review construction documents for design and code conformance and I have an extensive background in conducting and monitoring construction progress as well as reviewing RFI’s, RFP’s, change orders, shop drawings, and generating field review reports as well reviewing and approving contractor pay applications.

I am passionate about my profession, self-motivated, a self-starter, and strive to do my best work on every project that I undertake. I am outgoing, ambitious, and looking for an opportunity to continue my passion for architectural leadership. I have been credited with possessing strong leadership and project management skills. My experience in arbitration over the years has been extensive; I have worked between many diverse project members to achieve the optimal win-win resolution. I know I can be a valuable team member and leader who will contribute to the overall success of your business. I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Jeff A Warm, AIA, NCARB
