I am currently licensed in California, Colorado and Nevada and NCARB certified. I am an experienced Project Manager/Architect with over 24 years of experience. I can manage small to large projects, staff, project budgets, and consultants from the predesign phase through the construction administration phase.  I can create project specifications, project estimate, code review of the construction documents, and over-site of the construction administration process.

My current position is Studio Director at a local architectural firm in Henderson Nevada. Prior to my current position I was a senior architect for $4.9 billion King Saud University, Girls Campus in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for the College of: Nursing, Science, Medicine, Applied Medical Science, and Computer Science, Pharmacy, and Dentistry buildings. In addition, I was the lead on-site architect for the Veer Towers (High-Rise Residential units) and Crystal’s retail (Commercial) project for the $9.1 billion City Center project in Las Vegas Nevada.  I am proficient in AutoCAD 2012, Revit, Sketchup, and Adobe software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Project Manager, Outlook, Power Point and CATIA.

I am passionate about my profession, self-motivated, a self-starter, and strive to do my best work on every project that I undertake.  I am outgoing, ambitious, and looking for an opportunity to continue my passion for architectural leadership. I possess strong leadership and project management skills. My experience in arbitration over the years has been extensive. I have worked between many diverse project members to achieve the optimal win-win resolution. I know I can be a valuable team member and leader who will contribute to the overall success of your business.  I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,
