I am thrilled to stand before you today and share a glimpse into my professional journey and aspirations. My name is Stevan Milojevic. Over the past decade, I have evolved from a Junior site person to managing diverse contracts, including EPC, gaining a palette of project management experiences along the way.
One facet of my professional journey that I hold dear is my involvement in the Interior design industry, where I have passionately applied the Gemba Kaizen philosophy. Inspired by the teachings of Massaki Imai, a beacon in the realm of continuous improvement, made me consistently seek ways to enhance processes and outcomes.
