ACA is a small high-end design firm specializing in residential and institutional projects. While working on a town house remodel/addition and a small studio remodel in NYC I become familiar with NYC building and zoning code. On these projects I was able to work on all project stages. I was able to develop relationships with consultants, contractors and the client.

• Developed CD sets to submit for HCAI (OSHPD) and City Review.

GMA specializes in healthcare architecture. I worked on a verity of projects from medical office remodel to new construction for nursing homes. I become familiar with ADA requirements and navigating the code requirements for HCAI formally OSHPD.

• Participated in site visits.
JTC is a small firm that focuses on institutional clients. During the 3 months at JTC I was able to work on CD for plant remodels for SoCalGas and JPL with a focus on ADA requirements.
