Alicia holds a BA (Hons) Architecture from University of Westminster in London.

She manages the business and marketing aspects of the studio. Prior to joining COLLECTIVE, she worked at international communications firms Brunswick Arts and Caro Communications, where she worked with private and public sector clients across the architecture, art, culture and property sectors in UK, Europe and South East Asia. She advised clients on a broad range of reputation management issues in the built-environment sectors and executed international communication strategies on behalf of clients.
