Providing Project & Property Management for large Pre-war coop building near Park Slope, Brooklyn.  Entire building going through extensive riser / plumbing upgrades on all 187 apartments.  Renovations occurring throughout all 16 floors including penthouse.  Coordination involving each resident, the contractors and engineering.  Involve also in upgrading the electrical infrastructure in each apartment.  Environmental abatement also coordinated when removing old insulation from old pipes before installing new pipes.  The Plumbing Project entered Risk Management with an outside consultant auditing procedures on the Plumbing Contractor.
