Mr. Wouters has served as a Partner at both prestigious firms of Cooper, Robertson & Partners, and Torti Gallas and Partners prior to heading his own architecture and urban design consulting practice. With over 20 years of experience he has designed several new award winning sustainable communities, new transit-oriented town centers, and urban infill projects. His architectural projects include LEED mixed-use buildings, several significant institutions, and affordable homes. Projects led by him have received multiple AIA, ULI, and CNU Charter awards. Mr. Wouters is also an Executive Officer of Congress for the New Urbanism New York State Chapter and recently aided the US Green Building Council in the completion of LEED for Neighborhood Development Rating System.
