• Scope of work drawings,submittals, reviewing and redlining shop drawings and RFI’s
• Design and production of construction documents for projects that include corporate interiors,
building renovations and new buildings for commercial and residential owners
• MEP and structural coordination
• Landlord services: rental book preparation and maintenance, space studies, REBNY lease
calculations, emergency access and fire safety drawings, punch list
• Overseeing projects from proposal inception and signing through project close out
• Zoning studies and calculations
• Existing conditions surveys
• Working closely with Senior Architects and project managers to coordinate drawings, and meet
deadlines
