A General Contractor and Architect with more than 30 years of management experience in the Design, Construction and Real Estate Development industries, I am seeking a challenging opportunity where I can provide value to an organization.

Throughout my career, I have held multi-project management responsibilities within the design, construction and real estate development environment where I gained a significant portfolio of project experience spanning multiple geographic regions.  The project types included residential, resort/hospitality, commercial, industrial, high-rise, government, site, golf courses and planned community management.

Previous positions held during my professional life include Architectural Draftsman/Designer, Architectural Field Representative, Construction Superintendent, Estimator, Project Manager, Construction Manager, Vice President, General Manager, and Chief Operating Officer.  Each of these work experiences has made me a well-rounded asset.

RESORT EXPERIENCE:

Amelia Island Resort, New Development, Amelia Island, FL

Served as Developer Construction Manager for a new resort hotel, conference center, and beach club development.

The Lodge at Koele and Manele Bay Hotel, Lana’i, HI

Chief Operating Officer responsible for the planning, development and operation of an 89,000-acre island in Hawaii.  Completed the development and construction of two Five-Star hotels, and two championship golf courses.  Planning, branding, sales and marketing of 1,000+ luxury single and multi-family residences including support operations for "remote island" development.

Rose Hall Resort Development, Montego Bay, Jamaica

Served as Corporate President and Project Executive for the planning and development of a 5,000-acre Five-Star Resort and Golf Courses. Project also included residential and commercial development.

English Turn Development/Country Club,  New Orleans, LA

Consulting Vice President and General Manager for the re-positioning, planning, and implementation of a development and business program for an exclusive golf and country club community consisting of 1,000+ luxury homes and 43,000 SF country club.

The Oaks Country Club, Sarasota, FL

Served as Corporate President, Developer and General Contractor for the design and construction of a new golf community development. Involved luxury single-family homes and 2- and 3-story condominiums. Project also included clubhouse, guest lodge, entry gates, site improvements, and golf course.
