Paper Matters Press (PMP) is a platform for creating and showcasing student and faculty publications at the UVa School of Architecture

    Design Competition: Paper Matters Press logo

    PMP is currently seeking design proposals for a new logo that will be used on the upcoming Paper Matters website and various marketing materials.  The logo will also be printed on future PMP publications.

     

    Eligibility:

    Open to anyone and everyone.

     

    Submission Guidelines:

    Designers can submit as many entries as they’d like.

    Proposals should be formatted for 8.5” x 11” (portrait).  One design proposal per page.

    If your design utilizes multiple colors, please provide an alternate black and white version also.

    All submission will be printed and reviewed by the Paper Matters Press editorial team. 

    Do not include your name on the submission.

    Dates & Deadlines:

    November 5: Call for Proposals
    November 22: Submissions Due by 5:00pm
    November 27: Winner announced

     

    Prizes:

    $100

    (1) Copy of Catalyst: Conditions
    (1) Copy of Lunch 8

About this Blog

PMP is the new publishing dept. at the UVa School of Architecture which is currently operated by a group of 5 students and 3 faculty members. We intend to utilize the blog platform at Archinect.com as a way to communicate with the larger public about the critical conversations that are currently happening at the school.
