Group 3 Design Studio, Pasig, PH, Project Architect
Responsibilities:
- Meet with new clients to build rapport and discover their their design needs and understand their vision and purpose for the structure.
- Pre-design phase site inspection and analysis.
- Design presentation for client’s comments and approval.
- Produce construction drawings and blow-up details for projects, including deadlines for completion of each phase.
- Follow design standards that are required by the client, ensuring compliance with building codes.
- Lead pre-bidding meetings for various projects.
- Perform weekly site inspections during construction and create progress reports and updates for the client.
- Work as a team with architects and engineers to meet the required completion dates.
