At Pietro Belluschi and Associates, I was in charge of the tenant planning for the Edward Ball Office building. This building is a part of the Hotel Intercontinental complex. During my tenure the buildings were being constructed. My team completed interior improvements for approximately half of the 34 floors at 20,000 square feet per floor. The tenants were large banks, law firms, and real estate developers.
