Mr. Mejia required an additional 2 Full Bays added to his commercial business as it needed to be updated and needed more room for his growing family business.

Design and plans were required. Working with our consultants we have been bringing Mr. Mejia the required documentation required for a building permit.

We were required to consult and manage different aspects of the project that were not in the beginning scope of work.. From Asbestos Testing(results positive) to new requirements by city of Grand Prairie.
