Lever House - Club

Lever House ,designed by Gordan Bumshaft and constructed from 1950-1952, is an iconic modernist building located on Park Ave in Midtown Manhattan. Built for the Lever Soap company, the unique high-rise has earned Landmark status as one of the first curtain wall buildings ever constructed in New York. The 2023 renovation was completed in collaboration with Skidmore Owings and Merril. The Lounge floor includes a kitchen, restaurant with bar, board room, work lounge, restrooms, cafe, and outdoor terrace spaces. The space will be used by building tenants, and for special events.
