Project: Newark Terminal A Redevelopment Landside Effort and Airside Paving
A conceptual design for landside facilities including an enclosed pedestrian bridge connection to the new terminal, a 3,000 space multi-level parking garage with surface parking, an enclosed pedestrian connection to the existing P1 AirTrain station, and a "Hub" building connecting all three. The design has been developed in parallel with the design of the new Terminal A, the roadways, landside utilities, and a new PSE&G substation adjacent to the garage.
Project Involvement: My current responsibilities include application of Building Information Modeling technology (Revit/Autocad), massing/design options, facade studies, preparation of design-bid documents for parking structure, manage co-ordination between different consultants, manage inputs and implementation of digital models, produce stage one document for the entire project and client presentation drawings.
