4,000 seat expansion of covered seating capacity for the historic Providence Park Stadium for the city’s popular and successful professional soccer team, the Portland Timbers. Addition of four, tiered seating levels and a large, overhanging tensile membrane roof structure on narrow site at east (downtown) side of the existing stadium.
