Role: Project Manager
Estimated Budget: $30 million
• Managing Construction Administration of 3 ground-up single-family townhomes of 13,000-15,000 S.F. per house in Landmarked Upper East Side Historic District.
• Acting as primary architectural contact for other design and code consultants, developer, GC/CM, and subcontractors.
• Overseeing work of junior staff members assisting on project.
• Negotiating requirements of historic facade preservation with construction schedule and impact.
• Reviewing submittals; answering RFI’s; producing SK’s and Bulletins; observing construction progress during routine site visits.
• Designing modifications due to ownership-driven value engineering.
• Aided in assembling C.D. set in AutoCAD; crafted exterior details; coordinated core-and-shell work with Interior Designer’s package; researched and selected products.
• Created additional revision sets to accommodate missing, incomplete, or unclear information on original drawings.
