About

*Visit her exhibition at Dutch Design Week 2013
in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.

From 19th October-27th October she will be exhibiting
the Bricking Pattern design at Klokgebouw.

Marina Savochkina is an architect and designer. Through studies at College of Architecture and Management in Moscow from 2006 - 2010, she gained vast knowledge of the technical aspects of architecture. In 2011 she moved to Amsterdam to attend the Gerrit Rietveld Academie to study architectural design. This move to Amsterdam became a significant point in her career which strongly shaped her perspective on architecture and design in general.

Currently, she is concluding her BArch at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology whilst continuing to develop her interests and beliefs in design and architecture.

Having such a diverse background allowed Marina to develop a very strong creative and conceptual way of thought. Her designs and understanding of architecture have also been strongly influenced by Prof. Peter Corrigan whom was her tutor for an academic year.
