This tenant improvement for OptConnect was a study in creating a tech atmosphere for a young ambitious startup within the confines of a tilt-up concrete warehouse conversion. Our team worked tirelessly with the tenant to overcome enormous budget setbacks to create a beautiful, energetic atmosphere for the company, using every possible opportunity creatively to find aesthetic solutions at each turn.

The existing building was a dim office that lacked presence and vibrancy. We transformed this space from a very dark office space into a light-filled interior, with branded interior elements throughout and a tech-style graphic theme. The difference was remarkable. Our team is very proud to have been able to provide a workplace that feels inviting and dynamic for employees.
